Industrial property

Totality of rights over the creations of the mind reffering to: inventions, utility models, industrial drawings or models, manufacture marks, trade and service marks, integrated circuits topographies, plant varieties, commercial names, indications of source or original names, protection against unfair competition. The protection of industrial property is governed by the Paris convention for the protection of industrial property, by national laws as well as by other bilateral or multilateral agreements, treaties or conventions.
